My 123ignition gets hot. Is this a problem?
The distributor is usually thermally connected to the engine block. In almost all cases, you will see that the engine block itself is a few degrees warmer than the distributor.
The distributor is resistant to temperatures of up to 100 °C.
If you still have doubts about the temperature, we recommend measuring the temperature of the engine block near the 123ignition, as well as the temperature of the 123ignition itself.
