When your 123ignition shows a defect or when you need assistance with installation, you can contact us. This also applies to older models.
If the 123ignition no longer functions and you have followed the troubleshooting manual, you can send the product to us for inspection. We test the unit to determine the cause. The cost for this test is €25, excluding VAT. If the product is found to be defective and covered by warranty, these costs will be refunded.
Always include the completed return form with the shipment. Without this form we cannot process your return correctly. Please also include a clear description of the issue and any previous communication with us.
REPAIR
If our inspection shows that the 123ignition is defective, we can often repair it.
Repair costs are €115 for a switch version, €140 for a TUNE(+), and €165 for an 8-cylinder or SM version. These prices exclude VAT.
These costs do not apply in case of a warranty claim.
For ignitions older than 10 years, we can only perform a test; repair is no longer possible in that case.
RETURN SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
Within the European Union you may choose your own carrier for returning your product.
Upon request we can also create a return label. The costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
We kindly request you to fully complete and include the return form. This is necessary to process your return quickly and correctly. Without the form, processing may be delayed.
RETURN SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
For returns from outside the European Union, additional customs regulations apply.
We ask you to use the UPS return label provided by us. This helps prevent delays, extra costs, and customs issues.
Here too, the return form must be fully completed and included.
This procedure ensures correct handling and prevents unnecessary import duties, VAT, or clearance fees.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are in principle the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions apply in case of incorrect deliveries, manufacturing defects, and valid warranty cases.
Any additional costs resulting from missing or incorrect documentation (such as import duties, VAT, or clearance fees) may be deducted from the refund amount. If applicable, we will always contact you in advance.
CUSTOMS AND ADDITIONAL COSTS
For international returns outside the EU, correct shipping procedures are important to avoid extra costs.
If another shipping method or incorrect documentation is used without consultation, additional costs may arise, such as import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or storage fees. These costs may be charged as they result from the chosen shipping method.
We therefore always recommend using the return label and instructions provided by us.
WARRANTY
Leen APK applies a 12-month warranty period. For exact warranty conditions, please refer to our terms of delivery.
