Features of the 123ignition Mercedes 170 electronic ignition
The ignition is equipped with, among other things:
- Vacuum advance
- Automatic dwell control
- Automatic power cut-off after 1 second
- Ignition timing retard during shifting (gear shift retard)
Coil and spark plugs
Used coils are often no longer in good condition. It is not possible to determine how often a coil has been exposed to overheating in the past. If you purchase a new coil at the same time as your 123 ignition, you can be sure that this coil will no longer overheat. At the bottom of the page you will find our recommended coil for this 123ignition.
