You can use this ignition 123 with the 3-wire HKZ system. The tachometer continues to work normally. .

Coil

Although used coils all look alike, they should be viewed with suspicion since one cannot tell from the outside whether, and how often they were exposed to overheating in the past. Installing the 123ignition system will ensure that the coil will never be overheated again in future. We recommend the High Energy #2020 Coil.

123ignition für Porsche 911T

Für meinen Porsche 911, Bj 1969, mit 2,2l -Motor und HKZ-Zündung habe ich einen 123ignition Verteiler gekauft. Da ich mir nicht sicher war, ob ich das richtige Modell nach den Beschreibungen ausgesucht hatte, habe ich vorher nachgefragt, ob der Verteiler zu meinem Motor passt. Ich wurde noch nach einigen weiteren Angaben gefragt, z. B. welche Nummer der vorhandene Verteiler hat. Da der 123ignition zum Motor passen sollte, habe ich ihn bestellt.
Leider enthielt die Montageanleitung in dem Paket kein Schaltbild für einen Anschluss an ein HKZ-Gerät. Auf Nachfrage habe ich sofort einen ergänzenden Schaltplan erhalten. Die Kommunikation mit der Firma war optimal. Am Wochenende über Email angefragt und noch am Sonntag eine Rückmeldung erhalten! Ich hatte einige Fragen und alle wurden sofort, verständlich und umfassend beantwortet.
Den Verteiler habe ich inzwischen eingebaut, er funktioniert problemlos. Allerdings bin ich noch zu wenig gefahren, um ein endgültiges Urteil abgeben zu können. Er hat ja auch verschiedene Einstellmöglichkeiten und die möchte ich gerne testen. Vorteilhat finde ich, dass keine Zündkontakte mehr gewechselt werden müssen und auch das Einstellen des Schließwinkels entfällt.
