123 USB and using dashboard on dyno/Street

Hi,
I have a CSP Pacemaker USB with 123Ignition interieur in my VW Bug running a 2275ccm Typ1.
Why does it loose the usb connection when I turn on the ignition?
I can not use the dashboard functions.
I read in the description, that Real-time tuning is possible... so that is difficult by lost connection.

My dizzy is about 2 years old and was laying in the Box until Sunday 2022/8/7

Is there perhaps a software update to fix this?
