The 123/VW-R-V with vacuum advance is a distributor, specifically intended for all type '1', '2' and '3' cars, the 181 and therefor in the Beetle (1100, 1200, 1300, 1500, 1600), "kleinbuss" Type III, Karmann Ghia, Buggy, etc.
As used coils often were exposed to overheating in the past, the set contains a 123 Blue Coil.
This set also offers 4 spark plugs and new spark plug wires.
Note: the included spark plugs have a short thread. If you need longer threaded spark plugs, please put it in the comments. If you need a 6-volt ignition coil, please include this as well.
Please read the installation manual carefully. It contains more information on engine- and distributor numbers, static timing and the advance-curves (often found on the last page), the specifications of the 123ignition and a step-by-step description of the installation procedure.

ik had wat vragen, ook om 22:00 werd ik goed en hartelijk geholpen...
niets dan lof... en wat loopt mn kever 1303 goed nu ik ken m haast niet terug!!
in bouwen spreekt voor zich..

Bevalt me prima alleen de schacht is iets langer dan orgineel en komt de verdikking niet helemaal tegen het blok aan waardoor de bevestiging klem wat lastig is maar de werking is perfect ik heb er ook een op een mercedes heckflosche gemonteerd (op gas 6 cilinder ) daar heeft na een half jaar de bobine het, begeven ik moet er nu weer een bestellen voor een volvo 244 op gas b21
