The 123/Porsche-911-B is developed for the Porsche 911 (2.4 - 2.7 and 3.3 liter until september 1977) with a bracket at the distributor.
There are 13 different advance curves programmed which can be selected by a small switch.

The 123/Porsche-911-B offers:

Note: Porsche 3.0 SC has a different pinon and runs CCW, this 123 ignition does not fit.

You can use this ignition 123 with the 3-wire HKZ system. The tachometer continues to work normally.
Please read the installation manual carefully. It contains more information about the specifications of the 123-ignition and a step-by-step description of the installation procedure.
Although used coils all look alike, they should be viewed with suspicion since one cannot tell from the outside whether, and how often they were exposed to overheating in the past. Installing the 123ignition system will ensure that the coil will never be overheated again in future. We recommend the Beru ZS109
