Bluetooth not working.

Hello,

I have a 123tune+ distributor which works and I cannot connect the bluetooth. The blue led is always OFF.

I tried to reset the distributor (put black on red, put the +12V and wait) and the led never lights on.

Can the bluetooth module be brocken ? Is it replacable ?

Hello Reno,

In the past, have you been able to connect with the distributor or have you never gotten the connection to work?

Hello,

yes I already was able to connect several times and blue led was working.

Last week I tried to reset and connect with several smartphones (android and apple) with no success (reset with bluetooth off on my smartphones, reinstall the app), the led never blinked or switched on and no connection.
